About Us
Woodhorn Farm is looking for a practical, detail-focused Milk & Farm Vending Supervisor to lead the day-to-day pasteurisation and vending operation across three on-farm retail sites. This is a hands-on supervisory role with real ownership of standards, compliance and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Run daily milk pasteurisation safely and in line with regulations and site procedures
- Operate and check equipment; record temperatures, volumes and traceability accurately
- Manage milk storage and segregation; spot issues early and take appropriate action
- Keep food safety, cleaning and traceability records up to date so sites remain audit-ready
- Own vending machine standards across sites: stocking, hygiene, presentation and uptime
- Coordinate stock movement between sites and liaise with engineers/suppliers to resolve faults
- Support and guide colleagues as needed; be a dependable on-site point of contact
- Work closely with marketing—share availability updates, support promotions and pass on customer feedback
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, or another regulated environment
- Strong understanding of systems, compliance and record keeping
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident working independently across multiple sites
- Flexible and adaptable – this role is a full-time role on a rolling fortnightly rota, with regular weekend working
- Full UK driving licence (with 6 points or fewer, van provided for work use only)
- Willingness to embrace training – full training will be provided for this role

- Supervisory or senior operative experience
- Food hygiene qualification
- Basic mechanical/fault-finding skills
